SEUPB is a cross-border body in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland which co-ordinates projects funded by the European Union and implemented in Northern Ireland and adjacent regions. They are responsible for managing EU funding under the PEACE, INTERREG and PEACEPLUS cross-border programmes to help build peace and prosperity.
It’s clearly a valuable organisation doing important and sensitive work on behalf of the people, economy and governments of Northern Ireland and the Border Region of Ireland.
With responsibility for around €100M in funding, and a remit to provide critical support services for their region, SEUPB rightly recognise the importance of information governance in maintaining full accountability to all their stakeholders. Our teams in both Ireland and the UK were able to engage very positively with the Corporate Services Directorate, which comprises Corporate Finance, Human Resources, IT and Communications, to support their needs for information governance expertise.
We have been working with SEUPB for two years, and continue to support them today, and into the future.
